The annual Distinguished Service award banquet will honor a citys outstanding young man ages 21 to 35 at Don's Restaurant on February il at 7 30 p m. Nominations are open and may be sent to the Gladewater Chamber of Commerce DSA committee. The recipient will be chosen by a Lions Rotary Jaycees and Chamber panel. the Outstanding Jaycee of the year also will be honored. City Manager Bill Langford received the award last year.
