C O Spencer 80 longtime Gladewater resident dies Friday in Longview hospital. He helped build Spencer Harris Machine Shop and later Spencer Heads Inc. with his son Boyd. Survivors include wife Eva B and children Boyd and Berylene. burial in Gladewater Memorial Park with Masonic graveside rites. Funeral Sunday at 3 p.m. at Malcolm Stone Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. B F Risinger.
