Furman University Glee Club gave a delightful concert at the Air Dome to a large appreciative audience. Despite a power outage caused by a burned conveying wire near the depot, the club performed many instrumental and vocal selections. The performance was praised as one of the best and cleanest seen in the city, and B F Jones Jr. earned commendation for arranging the event.
