Destruction of the Harvest Moon in Winyah Bay

Nashville April 13. The Tennessee Supreme Court affirms as to Duncan B. Cooper and reverses as to Robin J. Cooper in the famed Carmack murder case. The decision covers twenty two errors and notes the case's vast record and national attention from the November 9, 1908 killing.
