A Swedish immigrant Deacon Engdahl died July 11 1833 after long illness. Born Floby Sweden Nov 22 18H he emigrated in 1864 and became a merchant tailor for 27 years in the city. He married Suss Aupa Anderson Aug 20 the year of arrival, had seven children. Funeral services were held July 14 with Pastor A P Fors and Rev A T Fant, the Swedish Lutheran church service followed by Oakwood Cemetery burial.
