Law grads from Fort Jackson complete basic training
Pfc Alexis L Law of the Service Army National Guard has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson in Columbia South Carolina. She is the daughter of Amy McVey of St John and Danny Law of Ulysses. Over the nine weeks she studied the Army mission history tradition and core values, physical fitness and basic combat skills including weapons chemical warfare and bayonet training drill and ceremony marching and rifle marksmanship. She also learned armed and unarmed combat map reading field tactics military courtesy justice system first aid and field training exercises. Law is a 2012 graduate of St John High School.
