Bipartisan rankings shame Huelskamp among Congress
The Lugar Center Georgetown study ranks US Rep Tim Huelskamp last in bipartisanship, 422nd of 422. It measures bills sponsored or co sponsored with opposite party support, noting other Kansas lawmakers and senators Moran and Roberts fared better. The report cites 1998 2011 2018 session scores and quotes Lugar guidance on governance over posturing.
