Cimarron Hotel revives bed and breakfast legacy
Cimarron’s historic New West Hotel, now the Cimarron Hotel, opens its third floor as a bed and breakfast marking a centennial celebration. Owner Kathi Holt preserves 1880s decor, adds modern touches slowly, and plans themed weekends from January to draw visitors to the historic old west site.
