City faces GCRC budget shortfall and recovery plan
Garden City officials discuss a $166,000 shortfall for the GCRC with funds to be repaid from the first round of property tax distributions on Jan. 20. City Manager Matt Allen and Mayor Janet Doll commented on future funding strategies while board chair Marcus Ramos did not return calls. The plan also includes a $30,000 management study funded from the general fund to guide future use and structure of the GCRC.
