Finney County approves final plat for Territory Subdivision
The Finney County Commission approved the final plat for phase one of Territory Subdivision west of Sherlock Road and north of Railroad Avenue between Garden City and Holcomb. The 111.7 acre project, owned by James and Richard Henkle, includes 22 lots on 10.4 acres, with zoning changes and waivers previously granted. Residents warned that smaller lot sizes could lower values, while commissioners noted agreements to curb, gutter, sidewalks on one side, street lights, and three foot drainage ditches in phase one.
