Lady Buccaneers Volleyball Faces Difficult Rebuild After Ban
First year coach Jason Jay describes a tough start as the Lady Buccaneers rebuild under a postseason ban and four game winless last season. Recruitment suffers with out-of-state limits and a four win total, while injuries and players arriving out of shape slow practice. Open tryouts planned as Garden City players are sought to bolster a small roster. Season opens August 27 at Lamar tournament, home match September 6 vs Trinidad State.
