Northborough Subdivision plans move forward in Holcomb
Holcomb city commissioners approved preliminary and final plats for a 45 acre Northborough Subdivision north of Valley View Cemetery between Third and Eighth streets. James R. Cornett aims for mostly upper middle class single family homes with duplexes north of the cemetery. A sanitary sewer lift station will be built on Third Street at Leawood Avenue, with a possible 15 foot perimeter walking path. Final plat for 35 lots includes 44 homes in first phase, potentially starting next spring pending coal plant progress.
