First Jury Women Serve as Noted in Fulton County Pleas

The grand jury and Sper te Fulton County Common Pleas Court found Mrs McQuillin Weld unfit as a witness for the jury while three women Hitt Maddox and Claraen were deemed to have served justly as subagents. Indictments issued and seven witnesses examined, six cases presented, and four indictments returned. The Petit Jury for next Monday will include Hott Maddox and Mrs Claraen who were notified to report later.

William Pultz dies at 80 in Fulton County

William Pultz a Fulton County resident for over fifty years and Civil War veteran died at his son Charles Pultz home on Friday October 5 at age 80 years 4 months and days He was born May 30 1840 in Behrenberg Germany and enlisted in the Union Army in May 1862 later living in Wauseon Archbold Pettisville and Toledo He leaves four surviving children two daughters and two sons seven grandchildren and a sister in Germany Funeral services were held at the Pultz home with Losure Post G A R bearers and interment in Wauseon cemetery Card of Thanks from the family expresses gratitude for aid and flowers

Painful Accident Injures Chesterfield Man

Mr. Cramer Cochran suffered a spine injury after falling from a tree while picking apples on the Louis Butler farm near Chesterfield. He received medical aid from Dr. Evers and was transported to his home in Wauseon by the Edgar Van Rensselaer ambulance.
