Lifelong Fulton County Veteran Perry Kimerer Laid to Rest
Perry Kimerer, Civil War veteran and Knights Templar member, died October first 1914 at his West Leggett Street home after a short illness. Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 pm conducted by Defiance Knights Templars and the local Methodist pastor. He was born October 1846 near Wauseon, served in the Union Army, and married Anna Conalagbang. Distant relatives and friends from multiple towns attended, with a card of thanks issued by his widow Mrs. Perry Kimerer Kimerer.
