Veteran Soldier Jacob Shinaberger Dies in Wauseon

Obituary notes Civil War veteran Jacob Shinaberger of Fulton County Ohio who served in the 65th O V I and later the Army of the Cumberland died December 27 1918 at his Cherry Street home after months of illness. He enlisted 1861 served in battles including Nashville and Hood pursuit and is survived by widow Mrs Kirkwood and children. Funeral attended by relatives from Toledo Fillard and Pioneer and flowers honored.
