James Crawford Blair a Fulton County hotelman and lumber camp master who lived in Delta and Wauseon built the Blair Hotel and died December 2 1918 at 60 after a long public life. He served as a Mason since 1877 and was honored by local fraternal orders. Funeral services were held under Scottish Rite rituals in Toledo with interment at Waureon cemetery. He left a wife Katherine Kriegl, three brothers, five sisters, nieces and many friends.
