Topeka stockholders of the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe Railway approved a plan to raise capital by 95 million dollars, bringing total stock to 381,486,000. Funds will buy more rolling stock and finance the Texico New Mexico to Texas and Pacific coast line project.
