Washington January 28 Special Col Sexton is improving his condition shows marked improvement in health in a dispatch from Washington detailing his steady recovery and positive prognosis for his return.

At the close of the local farmers institute on Friday delegates were named to represent the county at the state institute in Princeton next month. Selected were Senator H. I. F. Aspinwall of Florence S M Mulnix and J A Philips of Harlem Mrs G W Shippey of Waddams Mrs S M Mulnix of Harlem and Miss Ada Blakeway. They will also attend the Illinois convention of domestic science at the same time and place.
