John Hea, a well known capitalist, bought the three story brick building at Stephenson and Chicago streets known as Stine's corner for 16000 dollars. The block is a prime business site in the city with annual rental income of 1500 dollars. The former owners Mrs. Stine and her children now reside in Louisville Kentucky.
In London Ontario the January disaster left twenty five named dead with a revised list released after the city hall ruins found no new victims.
