Labor Commissioner Carroll D Wright has completed an investigation into the coal strike. The report is with President Roosevelt who, while preparing for a Boston trip, will review it with Wright. Hoe will read and discuss the document during his Boston visit. The voluminous report examines the strike causes and merits, with no clear method for the president to enforce settlement. Roosevelt plans to issue a public statement after Boston.
