Public Law 92-540 expands VA funded tutoring for veterans in postsecondary half time or more programs, removing course failure as a condition and paying up to 50 dollars a month until 450 dollars is used. Specially adapted housing mortgage protection life insurance now covers up to the lesser of the outstanding balance or 30000 dollars. Dividends on GI insurance are not a new special payment and are issued annually to policyholders.
