At the Jacksonville Community Association meeting on March 7 Alec Proskine will discuss the reappraisal of taxable property. The Town of Ulysses supervisor says a 6 30 picnic supper precedes the program and business meeting open to the public.

Moog Lectures Electronic Music at Cornell Hall
Robert A. Moog will present Techniques of Electronic Music in an illustrated lecture Friday March 4 at 8 15 p m in Barnes Hall Auditorium Ithaca He holds physics and engineering degrees and heads a company placing complete systems in universities and studios. He also runs an electronic music studio in Tr umansburg and serves as adviser to the Independent Experimental Electronic Music Center. The talk will cover basic techniques with works by Berio Ussachevsky Devidowsky Nikolais and Deutsch. The program is sponsored by the University Committee on the Arts and the Department of Music.

Enfield Youth Council Elects Officers For 1966
Enfield Community Youth Council met at the Fire House on Saturday February 19 1966 electing new officers. President received 800 plus State Division for Youth 800 totaling 1600 to fund teen dances swimming basketball baseball girls softball insurance and janitor services. Open discussion explored expanding the program for girls with potential for basketball volleyball or grooming efforts.
