State Education Dept outlines building needs for SSCS

Ulysses Zoning Board of Appeals granted a variance for Glenn and Mrs Medlock to place a mobile home on their Salo Drive lot outside village limits. The unit will sit further back from the street. A 36-signature petition supported the decision. Restrictions limit use to applicants' lifetimes, allow no extra buildings beyond an existing shop, and require deed incorporation.
