Lodi Water District Details Unveiled At CISS Meeting
CISS heard Lodi mayor Francis Steverson outline a proposed Lodi Water District covering the Village of Lodi and nearby areas as a step toward supporting the South Seneca School District. The plan includes a lake tank, pump and booster stations, 10 inch to 12 inch mains, and costs around 1.6 million dollars with potential federal aid up to 500 thousand. Approval from the Environmental Conservation Dept. is the final hurdle before applying for a federal grant.
