Auble Wins Suit Over Trumansburg Trailer Permit
In Chenango County Court Justice David Lee Jr. ruled the Trumansburg zoning ordinance void for procedural flaws. The decision voids the permit issued September 22 and cites lack of original ordinance, discrepancies in records, and failure to meet statutory requirements.
