Funeral Thursday at 10 at residence with Rev Luther of Church of God officiating burial at Juingenwond cemetery. Also funeral announcements: John Heuchling died in Chicago Monday. Surviving relatives include widow mother two brothers Herman and Frei Heuchling three sisters Adelaide Marbilda Heuchlin and Mrs Margaret Bursick. Deceased was young when family moved from Fort Wayne to Chicago.

In Columbia City Indiana on June 12 McNagny and McNegny report the divorce suit Jacob Hoelle versus Amelia Hoelle. They married at Fort Wayne April 28 1893 and had five children. He worked as a mechanic at Rass foundry and bought a home on Bolt Street and a forty acre farm in Whitley County. He moved his family to the farm, but three weeks later his wife left for Fort Wayne and has not returned. He claims he is too old to work his former trade and seeks divorce and custody of the five children, asserting his duty to provide for them. Mrs Hoelle says she has lost love and affection.

Ehmer Wise of Albion Ind pleaded guilty to improper use of the United States mails. Judge John M Billits sentenced him to sixteen months in Leavenworth federal prison and to pay costs.
