Charles Trowbridge pleaded guilty to embezzlement, sentenced to one year. He stole $50 under a Foster Furniture bill and was captured near Fort Wayne. Stella Parker was acquitted of stealing a silk dress, umbrella, and breastpin. The Hibberd Nickerson will probated leaving estate to daughter and grandson.
