Forest Park Chamber of Commerce to stage a four city Fall Festival Sale October 24 25 and 26 with twenty eight cash prizes for carved Jack O Lanterns. Free pumpkins for grammar school kids available, 500 pumpkins to be distributed. First prize 25 second 15 third 10 and twenty five 2 prizes. Completed displays to be shown in store windows with judges notifying winners by mail.
