Mohr Pioneer and Former Forest Park Mayor Dies at 88
Henry J. Mohr longtime Oak Park Forest Park leader dies at 88 after a career as coal and building material businessman and public official. He served as mayor for two four year terms and presidents of Forest Park for over six decades. He was born in Cambria Wisconsin in 1869 and lived with his sons Roy and Carl in later years. Funeral services were held at Zimmerman Chapel with Rev. R. W. Roth officiating. Survivors include two sons a daughter eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
