Mel Vicken Jr Elected Governor of Moose Lodge
The Moose Lodge at Proviso Park installed officers on April 29 1951 led by Installing Officer Earle Horton. New governors included Mel Vicken Jr Edward J Irivnak and Frank Habel with Stanley Bergman Fred Berliner James Pinti and George Drummond among others. Proviso Women's Chapter escorted officers. refreshments and orchestra followed. Moose Lodge Bowling League held a banquet May 5 at Elmwood with trophies awarded to Brass Jewelers and dancing.
