Jewel Tea Co Inc announced E. E. Hargrave was elected vice president and continues leading administrative work in the Feral Food Stores. R. D. Sturtevant becomes secretary after a long tenure in the law division and as general counsel. A. T. Vorbeck is named assistant secretary and remains chief of the Legal division.
