A prowler entered Charles Hutter tailors at 750 Madison Street at 4 am by a side window. Mrs Hutter woke, confronted the thief as he moved among garments, but he escaped with valuable suitings. Police and the night watchman searched the area but found nothing. The incident disrupted the household and prompted the author to report the breach.
