Proviso Orchestra to Open Season With Sunday Concert
Proviso Orchestra plans its first appearance next Sunday afternoon December 1 at the High School auditorium. Under Wallace Nelo, the 100 piece ensemble will perform works by Wagner Rossini Tchaikowsky Bach and Franz with violinist Heth Redmond and other soloists. A string trio and a piano trio will feature Beethoven and Viotti pieces. The Proviso High School choir, directed by Re Leg Osburn, joins for a featured dance titled Gifts of thy Harvest with the orchestra.
