Flora school fire destroys new building and library
The burning of an $8,000 Flora school building last week, caused by overheating, wiped out the structure and its library valued at over a thousand dollars. The fire occurred near Sterman Heights, a suburb of Chattanooga, with nearby depots Boyce and a Great Southern tunnel along Mission Ridge. Reunion of the Stong Family Near Sedalia
The Stong family reunion was held Saturday at Alexander Stong's home three miles northeast of Sedalia.
