L B Goodwin of Botew delivered the principal address and spoke earlier to Kiwanis and the high school, stressing the father son bond. Elmer Adkins acted as toastmaster, Robert Hinkley gave the welcome, Juneau H. Shing spoke, Miss Grace Moore presided at the piano, and Misses Grace Moore and others led group singing during a well received turkey dinner provided by church ladies.

Reva Barbazat eleven year old daughter of L A Barbazat formerly of this place was seriously burned week before last at her home in Orange California. Her clothes caught fire from a beam er and she was enveloped in flames. She was removed to Orange hospital where doctors held out hopes for a speedy recovery.

Ralph Heer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Beer, works at Farmers & Merchants Bank in Filer. The couple left for Pocatello and Salt Lake City for a short trip and will settle in Twin Falls. Edith wore brown cloth dress, brown fur coat, and silver hat.
