Commissioner Graves dissented, arguing the commission should wait for facts before changing established rates and criticizing the timing and scope of the order. He cites the history since 1970 and contends discounts will not conserve power.

A Twin Falls Canal company board member reported from Idaho Park that a five member committee met to review water availability. Seed Company Wins Suit on Pea Contract
The Filer Seed company won an injunction suit instituted at Burley this week over a grower contract. Judge T Barley Lee presided after noon hearing attended by W A Gillis for the plaintiff and a Burley attorney. The court granted the injunction to permit harvesting of the pea crop. Gillis and Wilfred Olsen returned from Burley last evening.
