Will Contest Election At Twin Falls Canal Company Board
A petition to the district court alleges about 75,000 illegal votes in the Twin Falls Canal Company board election. Plaintiffs seek to void the poll, call a new election, and restrain several directors from serving. The suit stems from Dr. Detweiler’s reelection dispute and follows a meeting where an attorney suggested waiving a challenge.
