May 5 Date Set for Twin Falls Grade School Meet
The Twin Falls county grade school athletic meet is set for May 5 at the county fair grounds. The event starts at 10 o clock with finals in the county meet to be held in Filer for the second straight year. Last year saw about 500 spectators and 130 competitors. The board of control approved the rules and program and selected the sites. STATE GAME WARDEN HERE A. E. Thomas and assistant Walter Keefe stayed overnight with W. D. Gillis on their way to a Southern Idaho Fish and Game association banquet in Twin Falls. Thomas, appointed by Governor Moore, succeeds Otto Jones who resigned.
