Maria h Hill reports Miss Katie Bosserie on the sick list. Relatives visited Rockport last week at the home of Mr and Mrs Frank Arnold who welcomed a baby girl. Mrs Jos Jellig and Mrs Jacob Spayd returned from Louisville after a visit. Olive Nord invites relatives at Louisville this week. Leo Bosler of Louisville visited his father late last week. Will and John Dilger and others attended the funeral of Mrs Dilger at Ferdinand. Ford Bockting was at St Henry on Monday.
Dubois men Martin Harder John Lovall Adam Paffenberger and George Bauer visited Ferdinand Wednesday while John Teufel went to Celestine. Others from Jasper Ellsworth Huntingburg Celestine and Indianapolis stopped in for business. Several residents left for Indianapolis St Louis French Lick and Celestine to conduct tasks or visit family.
Bretzville society items list visits and trips over the New Year period. Louis Bretz, Philip Limp and others traveled to Ferdinand Evansville Huntingburg Louisville and St Anthony to visit relatives and celebrate. Several families hosted guests and some are noted as ill.
