I Moeller and wife and William F Moeller and wife and Samuel A Elliott and wife owe 3500 13000 and 400 secured by mortgages dated 1857 1858 1871. Plaintiffs seek discharge of these mortgages as paid and barred by Iowa statute. The city of Fairfield Iowa schedules a March 27 1905 election for mayor city solicitor treasurer assessor and one councilman from each ward. Ward voting places are specified with ward registers to operate March 16 17 and 25 from 8 am to 9 pm and March 27 7 am to 7 pm for residents and absent voters. Voters must reside in the ward ten days before election.
