Oskaloosa Hosts Enthusiastic State Secretary Meeting
Fairfield Retail Merchants Club president C. E. Anderson and Community Club secretary David B. Cassatt attended the state convention of secretaries of commercial organizations and community clubs in Oskaloosa. The session opened with a large smoker, features included housing plans, foreign trade talks, town planning, sanitation, publicity methods, and trade extension with Fairfield delegates returning energized to implement ideas.
