Tragedy Strikes Wapello Man in Accidental Shot

C L Nyemaster of Wapello Iowa was found dead at the top of his stairs after an apparent accidental self inflicted shot with a fowling piece. He had been discussing a rabbit for dinner with his younger brother Oak before the incident. He leaves parents J L Nyemaster and wife Mrs Nyemaster and siblings Ray Rex Oak Ona. Accident Injures Ohio Man in Richland Iowa

J. H. Miles of Dayton Ohio suffered a serious leg fracture in a carriage accident near Rubio to Elliott Hixon's home when the tongue of the carriage dropped and spooked the horse. Miles attempted to jump free but tangled his foot in the laprobe and fell. He was taken to Hixon's home where a doctor was summoned.
