Finance board boosts 2002 03 school budget by 223500

The Board of Finance added 223500 to the proposed 2002 03 school budget to install new fire alarms and locks, raising the district's total to about 93.4 million and a 9.7 percent increase. A $1 million cut attempt failed, as did a 500000 reduction.
