Dying Infant Nora Ellen Faber Returned Home
The infant Nora Ellen Faber, eight weeks old and daughter of Louis Faber, died Sunday in Kansas City en route to Lockridge. Her remains were interred Monday at Four Corners after short services led by Rev. W A Wogemuth of First Lutheran. The mother died about two weeks earlier, and Mrs. Jacob Fisher near Lockridge was caring for and hoping to adopt the child.

Old Fairfield Rail road Man Die
John Kennedy a longtime railroad man in Fairfield died Friday at his home on North Third Street after six weeks of illness. He came to Fairfield in 1863 worked for the C B Q railroad as section foreman and later as flagman at the Four Street crossing until his illness. He had forty four years of continuous service with the company. He was 74, born in County Limerick Ireland. He married Nora Hannan and survived by three sons John Thomas and George Kennedy and one daughter Mrs E M Deitein Burling, all at his bedside.
