In Friday’s Daily report Henry M. Dysart Librarian in the city library fell from a chair in the book room and sustained serious bruises, leaving him confined to home. Mae McClain travels to New London for graduation exercises with MeClato expected to sing two solos during the evening. She will be a guest of Prof and Mrs D. McClato. Adolph Saunders and wife depart Ottumwa after visiting here. Saunders served as court reporter for Judge Eichelburg during the May term.

Society Notes Highlight Local Tea parties and Receptions
Mrs L J Hershberger hosted about twenty ladies for a tea in honor of Mrs Bert Chubbneck of Chamberlain South Dakota. Mrs Leggett hosted a luncheon for her sister Mrs Muss of La Grange Alabama. Mrs Harry Smith held a reception for Mrs Bert Chubbuck of Chamberlain South Dakota on West Washington Street. Miss M Olga Rains invited a young crowd for music and games at her West Hempstead home then all went to the square for refreshments. The Wednesday club met at Mrs J Gaines home with guests Mrs Bellwood of Alliance Nebraska Mrs Bert Chubbuck of Chamberlain SD and Mrs Moss of La Grange IL. Miss Bonnie Manatrey hosted six o clock dinner for Mr and Mrs Fred Wunt.
