Huron case taken by Judge Elliott
Federal Judge James D. Elliott took under advisement the case of G O Martin as receiver for City National Bank and First National Bank of Huron against E I Bowe and John Longstaff of Huron and Andrew Riegel of Los Angeles. The action involves a $40 000 mortgage foreclosure on the Fisk block property at Wisconsin avenue and 6th street.
