Miller Displays Little Interest In Fall Election
Miller Oct 7 There is concern over the lack of interest in the coming election with no speakers planned locally and no full party ticket. Voters here are fewer than in eastern parts, though a close result could still decide the outcome. In McKinley Bryan days national figures spoke here and torchlight processions were common. Today the campaign is largely local and uncompetitive.
