Red Cross Campaign Office Open In Beadle County

The Red Cross campaign headquarters are at Hunt's Plumbing Shop 371 Wisconsin Ave in Beadle County. Volunteers will enroll families and workers from Armour Swift Chicago North Western railways creameries bakeries lumber yards and more. Teachers hospital staff college faculty and city officials will be invited to join with a roll call during November 18 to 43 at the headquarters with roving visits to businesses and homes to gain memberships.

December meeting planned for Highmore Parent-Teacher group

Committees appointed and plans laid for the December gathering of the newly formed Highmore Parent-Teacher association. The constitution was adopted at the November meeting and the program featured first and second grades and a toy orchestra. Superintendent A.
