Vestoy Solomon of Marigna Florida and Henry I Kansas City pleaded interdon to stealing an automobile owned by J C Schneider Standard Oil credit manager. Judge Taylor sentenced both to three years in the state penitentiary at Storx Falls. They used aliases Solomon John Sullivan Mason Jack Meyers. The car was stolen October 25 after a night at a Huron theatre. They claimed to have ridden freight from Pierre. A new acquaintance in Minneapolis reported the theft after Mason was seen with the car. Solomon said he had been foreman at a carnival and later worked at Pierre. Mason said he worked on a Wyoming cattle range. They planned to return to Solomon’s Florida home.
