Surviving are nine children six daughters and three sons and sixteen grandchildren with one great grandchild. Funeral arrangements not yet finalized with services to be held at the Wagner home 128 Third Street Southeast. He had previously served as street commissioner from 1914 to 192? and again from 1927 to 1931. The Wagner family notes this is the fourth death in the family since Christmas with a wife and two grandsons previously lost.
